the location is unbeatable, everything felt so close. i discovered a lovely breakfast with lots of choices, including a safe right in my room. the reception was always staffed, a real comfort. i was close to bars, restaurants, the metro, and trams. it was amazing.

I appreciated the excellent location. It was close to attractions. The breakfast included many options and coffee. The staff was pleasant! I had a very beautiful view from my room, I was on a high floor.

I requested a quiet room specifically. This was quite disappointing and made sleeping in impossible, it disrupted my rest.

I found the staff quite helpful. They assisted with directions. The location was great, near a metro station. This made getting around very easy. I appreciated the breakfast, it had many options! The room size was also decent, more than enough space for luggage.

The bathroom was quite small, and the shower space felt cramped. It was difficult to maneuver. I wish there had been more room to move around.

the room was not cleaned well from the first day there was an old apple peel near the bed it remained there for days the housekeeper clearly did not clean the floor after it was pointed out the bed was made but the floor remained uncleaned.

the hotel is very central and it is easy to get into the city centre. i had a room with a balcony and this gave me great views of the city. there are great restaurants nearby and the metro is close.

the hotel rooms are outdated and they definitely don't look like they do in the pictures.

the hotel is near public transportation. i found several restaurants close to the hotel. the room was spacious and had ac units.

The bathroom cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The carpets seemed quite old and dusty. i noticed that the rooms did not completely match the website pictures. there was a noticeable chlorine smell in the reception area when i arrived.
